TRIMAN标签审核
从2022年1月1日起，在法国销售的所有受EPR监管的消费品必须带有Triman标志。该法令规定如下：“将受EPR*措施管辖的可回收产品必须通过公共标识告知消费者该产品符合分类建议。法国环保法L. 541-10规定任何适用于第 L. 541-10 条第 I 条规定的家庭的产品（家用玻璃饮料包装除外）均须贴上分类信息牌，告知消费者该产品是如何分类的。
EPR
EPR是欧盟一项政策名为Extended Producer’s Responsibility生产者责任延伸制度的缩写。在欧盟，大多数产品消费后废物的收集和回收，通过生产者责任延伸（EPR）制度进行管理。生产者必须通过支付“生态贡献”费用来确保其的产品在使用寿命结束时产生的废物的管理责任和义务。
毒理学风险评估
毒理学风险评估是通过评估产品配方中每种成分的毒理特性及成分混合后的毒理特性，暴露途径和频率等，并结合考虑不同***的法规要求，来判断产品在合理及可预见的使用条件下是否对健康会有损害作用的风险。
